Plates
Made to international standards with advanced specialized battery technology, MICROTEX hi-performance tubular positive plates in premium Energy Bags acrylic tubular gauntlets ensure better, high-rate discharge, more capacity for a given volume, greater shock resistant, longer life with excellent reserve capacity. The pasted negative plates are manufactured under exacting control to withstand rough handling and are designed to obtain optimum performance of the battery.
Separators
The insulation between the positive and negative plates is provided by the use of superb high quality separators totally free of harmful impurities having high porosity, high electrical insulation and low internal resistance for improved battery performance.
Containers
The plates are housed in a high impact SAN containers, resistant to acid and temperature, over prismatic hard rubber sediment spacer to prevent short-circuiting by sedimentation.

• The grids of the plates are made of a special alloy composition having low antimony-selenium (1.6% sb Alloy) content which contributes to low gassing and less maintenance. The plates are designed to meet short duration high-rate discharge and occasional deep discharge. The cells are connected using lead coated copper connectors, nuts and bolts. The anti-corrosive connectors provide complete physical bonding between the cells when formed into a battery.
• Manufactured to meet stringent requirements of Bureau of Indian Standards, R.D.S.O Specifications and German DIN specifications, MICROTEX stationary cells have splash-proof vent plugs and give a constant and consistent discharge performance.
• The new poles are designed to allow plate growth and prevent acid seepage and pillar corrosion.
